Corsia Logistics 5-Star Customer Reviews

Ernie Roberts
Excellent and professional service at a competitive price. The vehicle showed up on time and the drivers were courteous and quick. We had to make a few adjustments on the delivery location because of roads etc but this was no problem. Great experience and I felt they took care of my car for me. This was my deceased mothers car so it has sentimental value to me and they really cared about the car. Thank you... Date of experience: October 29, 2024

I've used Corsia Logistics twice now to send a Porsche and classic Mercedes. Both times the car was picked up on time, the driver was communicative and on my second shipment, arrived a day earlier than scheduled. They have a tracking system, so I know where my car is at all times. I will continue to use Corsia for all my long-haul car transportation needs. Date of experience: October 28, 2024

We paid extra for a guaranteed date for pickup and they were able to pick up that day. The car arrived a day earlier than scheduled. The gentleman who transported was friendly and communicative. 100% would use this company again. Date of experience: September 30, 2024

Corsia was amazing. Personable, respectful, and punctual. I went with them after passing up on some of the other major players. Glad I did! Just end to end great experience and customer service. Employees were well trained! Date of experience: September 23, 2024

Don’t hesitate to use them! Efficient, responsive, honest and affordable! I scheduled an enclosed carrier with them and received the car the same day it was picked up. Zero issues. Excellent service! Date of experience: September 17, 2024

I have used Corsia Logistics 4 times now with high end cars being transported from Northern Ca. to Southern Ca. and back. Each time the service has worked perfectly. Never an issue with timing, service or with my cars. I will continue to use this service in the future. Date of experience: June 10, 2024

Shipping a car from Texas to Minnesota

Moving from Texas to Minnesota

Nicknamed the “North Star State” or the “Land of 10,000 Lakes”, Minnesota has a population of over 5.7 million people and it continues to grow. It owes that to the high quality of life and the overall welcoming environment, among other reasons. The state is mainly made up of rural areas and waterbody, which is perfect for nature and outdoor lovers.

If you are used to the climate of Texas, you will have to prepare for Minnesota’s extremely harsh winters. On the bright side, Minnesota has four distinct seasons, unlike Texas’ two seasons.

Winters tend to last for more than 3 months, while hot and humid summers come and go very fast. Then again, spring and fall are worth waiting for. But Minnesota is so much more than its weather!

Economy and employment Opportunities

The economy of Minnesota is made up of agriculture (dairy products, corn, soybean, etc.) and industry (machinery, electric equipment, food processing, printing and publishing, etc.)

There is a saying that Minnesotans do not even know what unemployment is as the jobs opportunities in the state are bountiful. Home to a total of 19 Fortune 500 companies, Minnesota offers plenty of employment opportunities in various areas.

Housing and living costs

Living and housing costs depend a lot on where in Minnesota you will decide to settle. If we compare living and housing costs of Texas’ and Minnesota’s state capitals, West St. Paul overall is 10% cheaper than Austin, and housing is 35% less expensive.

Minnesota is well-known for its high income taxes and fairly high food and housing costs. On the other hand, the utility costs are relatively low. The median household income also gets higher than the national average, especially if you work in medical, business, and technology fields.

A few things you need to know before moving to Minnesota

Minnesotans have a laid-back lifestyle that perfectly fits with the state’s astonishing nature. With 10,000 Lakes and 90,000 miles of shoreline, be ready to fall in love with swimming and fishing. You can also go canoeing, boating, as well as ice fishing or skating when the water freezes in the winter. The cross-country ski slopes will be waiting for you throughout the state, too.

In Minnesota, outdoor festivals are no slim pickings. No matter the season, there will be no place for boredom. From the sensational Minnesota State Fair and St.Paul Winter Carnival to Octoberfest and Moose Madness Festival – you’ll want to visit them all.

Moving to Minnesota with a car

If you will be moving to Minnesota with a car, you will need to register it with the MN Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) within 60 days after you establish your move. Unlike most US states which require you to complete your car registration in person, in Minnesota you will be able to do so by mail. Just remember to renew it every year. You will also have 60 days to transfer your out-of-state driver’s license.

To avoid any parking tickets, check with your neighborhood area or building landlord whether you need any parking permits as soon as you move in.

Corsia Logistics will be happy to help you move your vehicle to Minnesota. We provide comprehensive auto transport services covering every aspect of the process. Request your free quote online or call us at (818) 850-5258 and speak with one of our logistics experts.

When you call or request a quote online, our logistics experts will discuss your options, budget and preferences and quote current market price with no hidden fees.
