Maine is the northernmost state of the US bordering with Canada to the north. It is beautiful with its rugged coastline and low rolling mountains. Just like the rest of east coast states, Maine is where some of the first European settlements were established and later became part of the Union. Lobster and clam chowder are probably not that hard to swallow. They are too good to miss on. However, skiing or snowboarding might not be for everyone. It will be worth it to learn though. And it is well worth it because the park offers everything an outdoor lover may need.Besides all the nature, the ocean and the seafood, and the mountain tops for skiing, there is the historical port of Portland you need to visit. And to check out the local beers and ice creams. To sum it up, there will be a lot to explore and enjoy. Main is peaceful historic and nature lovers’ paradise.
