What documents do I need when shipping a car?
Domestic transport is easy. When shipping a car from Washington D.C. to Arizona, you or someone on your behalf must release the vehicle to the carrier at pick-up.
The person at pick-up will also need to sign a Bill of Lading (BOL). The BOL is a receipt and an inspection report. When the carrier inspects the car you need to check that all existing damages are marked before you sign. Never sign a blank or incomplete document.
D.C. is mighty, but Arizona is exciting!

Welcome to Arizona!
We associate Arizona primarily with tourism-hiking, golfing, and relaxing in nature. However, in recent years, Phoenix and Arizona have gained a reputation for being good places for small businesses or start-ups, so there is a lot to do besides taking photos of the Grand Canyon.
Economy
Arizona’s economy has been rising. The state’s gross domestic product is 320.66 billion U.S. dollars, and despite the crisis, it is still growing. Most people are employed in healthcare, transportation, and government departments. In the past few years, Arizona and its capital, Phoenix, have gained a reputation for its good business environment. They have all seen the growth of start-up companies, co-working spaces and business incubators. This has made a huge contribution to the city’s economy and SMEs.
The largest employers are Banner Health, Wal-Mart and Kroger.
Education in the state
The University of Arizona is the state’s top educational institution. It has nearly 150,000 students, is a member of the University Research Association, and is classified as “R1: Doctoral University-Advanced Research Activities”.
Culture
Phoenix is a lively city with rich culture. The visual arts have been on the rise, and many new galleries have opened. They occupy a place in well-known institutions such as the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, the Arizona Opera House and the Arizona Ballet.
Disadvantages
Like everywhere else, Arizona and Phoenix have some shortcomings that you must keep in mind. -The desert is really beautiful, but it is the source of allergies and sandstorms.
Not to mention all the heat.
Washington DC vs. Phoenix head to head
Again – Washington’s notorious expenses kick in. Phoenix has a lower median income, but has cheaper housing, groceries, utilities, transportation, better commute time, and even a lower unemployment rate. This is enough to give the capital of Arizona the lead against DC and its higher income.
